AGAPI STASSINOPOULOS is a best-selling author and orator who inspires audiences around a world. In her prior book, Unbinding a Heart: A Dose of Greek Wisdom, Generosity, and Unconditional Love, she shares a knowledge from her life’s adventures and experiences. In her new book, Wake Up to a Joy of You: 52 Meditations and Practices for a Calmer, Happier Life, she takes readers on a tour and inspires them to let go of what doesn’t work and instead emanate a lives they unequivocally want. Agapi was lerned in London during a Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and afterwards changed on to accept her master’s grade in psychology from a University of Santa Monica. Her prior books on a Greek archetypes, Gods and Goddesses in Love and Conversations with a Goddesses, were incited into PBS specials. She is now conducting workshops for Thrive Global, a association founded by her sister, Arianna Huffington, to assistance change a approach we work and live.
