Remembering Larry Kramer


At a same time, Kramer brought his ideas and ideals to his writing, including his autobiographical 1985 play “The Normal Heart,” a seminal work of happy theater, and, some-more recently, a dual large volumes of “The American People,” a novel that recasts many of this country’s story makers as happy men. Finally, a firebrand romantic and author was also only a chairman — a husband, a reader, a New Yorker.
