As authorities in Sullivan County, Tennessee, continue their unfortunate hunt for 15-month-old Evelyn Mae Boswell, a male who antiquated a girl’s mother says he never met a toddler.
Hunter Wood tells WJHL-TV that he accidentally antiquated Evelyn’s mother, Megan “Maggie” Boswell for several weeks before a toddler dead someday in December.
“All I’ve seen is cinema of [Evelyn]; I’ve never even seen a baby,” Wood told a station. “I have no attribute with that child whatsoever.”
Evelyn was final seen in December, according to a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation — though she was strictly reported blank usually on Tuesday.
Authorities initial schooled that Evelyn was blank after discussion from a grandfather who settled that he had not seen a toddler given December. The child’s mom did not news her missing.
PEOPLE reliable that Boswell was questioned by authorities during a Sullivan County Sheriff’s bureau on Thursday evening. She was not charged with any crime and left a Sheriff’s bureau after a questioning.

But in a press discussion on Friday afternoon, Sullivan County Sheriff Jeff Cassidy purported that Boswell has given “conflicting and false information” to authorities.

The toddler’s father, Ethan Perry, is active avocation in a U.S. military, and is stationed in Louisiana.
In his talk with a news station, Hunter Wood alleges that Boswell told him that a baby was staying with her father while he was home on holiday leave.
“They have half control to a best of my knowledge,” Wood told a station. “It’s not my business to puncture serve into that since we weren’t that critical for me to puncture further.”
Boswell did not respond to PEOPLE’s ask for comment.
A statewide AMBER Alert has been released for a toddler. Authorities are not disclosing serve sum on their review — or disclosing because it took so prolonged for a toddler to be reported missing.

According to her AMBER Alert, Evelyn is 2 feet high and weighs 28 lbs. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pinkish tracksuit, pinkish shoes, and a pinkish bow.
Officials now contend in a AMBER warning that they have information indicating that people roving in a gray 2007 BMW with Tennessee image 3M96W9 and front-end repairs competence have information in a disappearance of a toddler.
