PBSO ISSUES MEMORIAL DAY ADVISORY
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has only (4:22 p.m. Thursday) released a following advisory for a Memorial Day Weekend.
ALL SANDBARS, ISLANDS and SHORELINES are CLOSED…to include:
Beer Can Island and Sandbar
Peanut Island and Sandbar
Munyon Islands
Jupiter and Tequesta Sandbars
This includes all Boats, Kayakers and Paddle Boarders
NO Rafting or NO Flotillas – tying/roping of boats to any other is prohibited!
Vessels might anchor in deeper H2O – they MUST be 50 feet detached from any other
Violations of a Emergency Order can outcome in a following: Civil Fine, Arrest and Seizure of Assets
These discipline are in place for a SAFETY and WELFARE of Palm Beach County’s boating and H2O sports community.
